Abstract Submission (oral presentation or poster - medical, nurse and technical section) is possible until September 25, 2023 through your account in the online system.
- Presentations can be sent in advance by mail (ebelova@kardio-cz.cz) or can be handed in directly at the symposium at least 1 hour before the start of the session where the presentation is included, in the "slide-room" in the Congress Centre (Silver Lounge, to be marked). The slide-room will be open throughout the symposium (from Sunday at 8.00 am).
For video files, it is necessary to deliver the presentation 24 hours in advance.
In case of non-compliance with the delivery in advance, the organizers reserve the right not to accept the presentation for technical reasons.
The submitted presentation MUST include a slide with a declaration of conflict of interest for all events organized by the Czech Society of Cardiology. You can download a sample slide on the CSC website.
Microsoft Office with Power Point and Word is installed on computers by default.
Image files in the format: .jpg, .gif, .bmp.
Video files in the format: .avi, .mpeg.
Presentations in .ppt, .pptx, .pps format.
Media that can be played: DVD, USB Flash drive
Projection device: data projector for PC
- All posters will be available on two electronic panels in the foyer of the Congress Centre and there will be a moderated discussion (date and exact time to be determined).
Poster delivery requirements:
- Submitted abstracts of oral and poster presentations will be available in the online version of the programme after publication, click on the title of the presentation to open the abstract. They will also be available in the Cardio365 portal. Full versions of those oral communications whose authors have given us permission to include them will be available on the same portal within 2 weeks after the event.
