CMC Certificates
The congress will have separate accreditation for the in-person participation (May 13- 16) - 24 credits; and separately for each day of the remote participation (May 8-12) - the number of credits for a given day will be based on the length of the broadcast, max. 4 credits per day.
In compliance with the Chamber conditions, it is necessary to enter the CMC member number allotted to each Chamber member, when registering to the Congress, in order to be entitled to the CMC certificate. Only those who provide the number will be reported to the Chamber after the congress, and the Chamber will then credit everyone's life-time education account.
The certificates for the in-person participation will be available for print at the self-service kiosks during at the registration starting from Monday afternoon.
The certificates for the remote participation will be sent on the given day by email using the code the participant will be connected to the live broadcast with (the code will be provided during the registration).
The certificates will also be available for download after the congress in your account in the online system.
Certificates of the Czech Nurses Association
A CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION will be prepared for non-doctor participants (as approved by CNA).
CERTIFICATES WILL NOT BE SENT OUT BY POST after the end of the congress.
